Against the Grain Farms is proud to be working with a Canadian family owned bakery that has been making authentic Mexican corn products for over 20 years. Unlike most tortilla chips that are made from imported masa flour, Against the Grain Farms tortilla chips are made from non-GMO corn grown on our farm, processed using a method of cooking that is thousands of years old, using the whole corn with lime then ground in a stone grinder, ensuring freshness of each batch of tortilla's. Locally grown and cold pressed non-GMO sunflower oil is used to give the tortilla chips their crispiness. We have added in other ancient grains to bring more crunch and diversity to you corn chip.
